Geriatric Care
Our caregivers will assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, bathing and showering, dressing, transferring in and out of bed or chair, walking, errands, light housekeeping, and accompany patients to appointments.
Hospice Care
Our nurse aids will assist when the hospice nurses are not there, providing care and emotional support to patients and families. Clients are assured of quality care with comfort and dignity.
Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care
Caregivers are available to provide a continuum of care for Alzheimer’s and Dementia clients. We partner with physicians and family members to implement treatment plans with support in a familiar, comfortable, and safe environment.
Post-Operative Care
We assist with meal preparation, medication administration, dressing changes, walking and transfers to ease the recovery process.
Doctor’s Visits & Errands
Assurance Health Care, Inc. Nurses are available to accompany clients to appointments, pick up prescriptions, grocery shopping, and do light housekeeping and laundry.
Live-In Services
Assurance Health Care tailors care to each client’s needs—from a few hours a week to full-time care. Through our live-in services, we provide full-time caregiving by Assurance Health Care, Inc. who live in the client’s home, providing care on a daily basis. The client and family may designate the types of non-medical in-home care services that are to be provided.
This service gives family members peace of mind, preventing gaps in coverage for individuals who may be at risk when unattended, such as those with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia-related conditions.
24-Hour Care or Live-In Care
of service a week to full-time in-home care. Through our 24-hour care service, a team of Assurance Health Care, Inc. coordinates caregiving responsibilities in shifts around the clock. This offers clients and their families a peace of mind full time.
Specific non-medical in-home care services can be tailored to meet each client’s needs. This type of continuous in-home care service is ideal for clients who are at risk when unattended, such as persons with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia-related conditions.
Respite Care or Relief for Family
Caregiving can be rewarding and often strengthens bonds within a family. At the same time, caregiving can be demanding amidst life’s other responsibilities.
Family caregivers and those in their care can benefit from a little time off now and then. That is why Assurance Health Care, Inc. offers respite caregiving. This service can be scheduled as needed to provide family caregivers time to run errands, go shopping, or get some much-needed rest.
