Skilled nursing and aides level of care is a complex care provided by RN/LPN and RN/Supervision of aides. Every client relationship is managed by an experienced RN supervisor who will make ongoing assessments and recommendations as your loved one’s needs change over time.
A Registered Nurse performs a comprehensive nursing assessment, develops a plan of care, and coordinates with the physician and other team members. The nurse performs nursing procedures and assists patients and caregivers to become independent in care by instructing them in the disease process, medications, and symptom management.
